They are currently looking for an Engagement Manager to build and develop positive relationships with new and existing partners across Chelmsford and beyond. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well, be a self-starter with great initiative, enthusiasm and a team player. Your goal will be to ensure that relationships with all Cool to be Kind’s partners continue to develop and are strong.
16 hours per week on a self-employed basis. £12 – £14 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with Street Support and Cool Collaborations Partners as their primary point of contact.
- Liaise with the Street Support data volunteer to ensure updates from engagement meetings are actioned regarding Street Support.
- Arrange engagement meetings to update current partners on Cool to be Kind activities and vice versa.
- Actively seek opportunities in the community for collaboration projects to benefit the charity eg. Joint fundraising, media opportunities.
- Approach potential organisations to establish relationships.
- Identify key staff in client organisations companies to cultivate positive relationships.
- Work with the trustees to deliver Cool to be Kinds aims.
- Prepare monthly engagement reports.
Requirements and skills
You may be an experienced Engagement Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Manager with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will drive relationships and projects to positive conclusions.
