If your community or voluntary group lacks the funds to purchase a piece of kit, is short of storage space or needs a place to meet, why not have a look at the resources we have on offer below.
Need a Space to Meet?
Located in the heart of Chelmsford city, just a short walk from the town centre, bus and railway stations, our affordable meeting room is available for charities, voluntary and community groups.
Central & flexible The room is on the ground floor, serviced by a step lift, is fully wheelchair accessible and can be looped for hearing aid wearers. It contains a selection of lightweight foldable tables and stackable
chairs which you can arrange as you wish.
The room measures 16ft x 19ft or 5m 6m and is ideal for 2-25 delagtes.
Fully air conditioned the room has a pull down screen, whiteboard and flipchart stand. Audio visual equipment such as laptop and digital projector can be provided at a small charge.
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the kitchen, though hirers are requested to bring their own refreshments.
We’re a short walk from Chelmsford bus and railway station and Park & Ride bus stops. You can find more information on where we’re based here. Please note that we do not have any onsite parking, however there are plenty of public ‘pay and display’ car parks locally.
