Trustees’ week is an annual event to showcase the great work Trustee’s across the country do. It is an opportunity to provide opportunities for everyone to get involved and make a difference.

To kick off the week, we wanted to share some amazing opportunities for you. You could become a Trustee for various local organisations.
Chelmsford Community Transport provides transport for elderly and disabled people to attend clubs, go shopping, visit friends and keep hospital appointments. They also arrange outings at the weekends for our members. They have several mini buses and a large group of volunteer car drivers to do this.
The small, but effective board of trustees at Families InFocus Essex are seeking new members to enhance existing skills, particularly in the fields of IT, health, fundraising, HR, H&S. Board meetings are held 6 times per year on Mondays.
CHARMS The Essex Therapy Centre, established 1984, is an ‘Independent Health Provider’ offering a ‘Critical Service’ to ‘Clinically Extremely Vulnerable’ including ‘Shielding’.
Essex Community First Aid Event Volunteers are looking for a volunteer trustee to join the Board, who shares our vision to provide affordable first aid at community and charitable events throughout Essex, and the promotion of general public awareness of first aid.
City of Chelmsford Mencap
City of Chelmsford Mencap supports people with a learning disability in mid-Essex through a range of innovative services. They are seeking a dynamic new finance trustee to support its exciting development plans!
