Train the Trainer – free training (Employability Provision) in Dunmow Essex 15 July 2015

Is your organisation interested in delivering European Social Fund projects such as Community Grants or Building Better Opportunities? Do you want to develop your employability provision for clients furthest from the job market?

If so, then you could benefit from getting your tutor trained to deliver a new course “You’re a Star”.

This new 3 hour course was developed by Hertfordshire Training & Development Consortium (HTDC) in partnership with White Rose Training and ASCEND, a community-based charity in South Oxhey, Hertfordshire. You’re a Star uses group exercises to build confidence and enable individuals to understand their personality traits and identify job types and work environments that will suit them. Tutors attending the train the trainer course will be provided with all the materials and resources needed to run their own courses.
