On 4 October 2025, The Alzheimer’s Society  will be hosting it’s annual Memory Walk, to raise funds and awareness for people affected by dementia.

We need volunteers to make this day a success.

Chelmsford Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site at Hylands Park, which is located in the field opposite Writtle Gate Car Park, near Mauro’s Café.

Following the hugely successful Gaia event in 2022, Chelmsford Cathedral are pleased to announce another Luke Jerram installation: Mars: War & Peace.

This amazing installation will be running over a three-week period and we are looking for volunteers to support the event, welcome visitors, and help us with the exciting performances, concerts, and activities we have planned!
