VOLFEST is back!

We are happy to announce that on Thursday 5 June, Chelmsford CVS will be celebrating National Volunteers Week along Chelmsford High Street with VOLFEST 2025.

Over 50 local organisations will be coming together to showcase their efforts and promote their services in a festival of all the good that can come of our community working together. Come and join us for a day of feel-good activities, live music, food and fun!

The general public will be able to see first-hand some of the wonderful ways in which charities support our city, and find out how you and your loved ones can access that help.

We want to encourage as many people as possible to come down to Chelmsford High Street on the 5th to help us celebrate the fact that in Chelmsford every person, and Every Minute Matters

We will have our usual food and drink vendors on site with Falafel Street providing the best in all things veggie, as well as that caffeine fix from CoffeeStop. Other local businesses and vendors such as Wenzels and Toast will be supporting our charity guests, and our raffle.  Of course the event wouldn’t be complete without some entertainment so Hotbox will be on hand to provide the tunes!
