If you’re an individual or member of a voluntary organisation or community group with a vision to host a community arts or heritage activity in Essex this year, then you could receive much needed funding from our ‘Culture in Essex – Small Grants Scheme’. A fund of £25,000 is now open for grant applications and will award grants of between £250 and £2,500. Over the last three years, we’ve invested £142,000 in over 75 projects such as music festivals, carnivals, exhibitions and workshops featuring visual arts, music, dance and literature.
