As the festive season comes to a close Chelmsford CVS and Essex County Council are urging people to get their 2017 off to a positive and healthy start by signing up for Dry January.

Dry January is a national initiative run by charity Alcohol concern, which encourages people to sign up to go alcohol free for 31 days.

If you are concerned about your drinking, Essex County Council has also designed an online tool which can tell you if your drinking is risky.
