If so, then you could benefit from getting your tutor trained to deliver a new course “You’re a Star”.
This new 3 hour course was developed by Hertfordshire Training & Development Consortium (HTDC) in partnership with White Rose Training and ASCEND, a community-based charity in South Oxhey, Hertfordshire. You’re a Star uses group exercises to build confidence and enable individuals to understand their personality traits and identify job types and work environments that will suit them. Tutors attending the train the trainer course will be provided with all the materials and resources needed to run their own courses.
