Free walks at Hylands Park for people living with dementia and their carers.
Dementia Adventure are running their Park Walks again this year.
People with dementia, their carers, friends, families (and dogs!), can all enjoy the walks at Hylands Park, Chelmsford.
People living in a care setting as well as in the community are welcome. The walks are gentle, wheelchair friendly and give an opportunity to have a chat and refreshments in the café afterwards.
Please arrive at 10.15 a.m. for a 10.30 a.m. start.
Approximate finishing time midday.
Meet at the Stables Visitors Centre, Hylands House, London Road, Chelmsford CM2 8WQ.
