Support Time & Recovery Workers

Salary £16271.00-£19,268.00 per annum (NHS Agenda Band 3)

Mid Essex Mind is looking to appoint Support Time & Recovery (STaR) workers to facilitate psychological recovery for clients from common mental health issues working closely with the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in Mid Essex.  The Support Time and Recovery Workers and the clinical IAPT team play a key role in assisting, delivering and facilitating employment support and advice for clients accessing the service.

Previous work experience within mental health and/or social care is essential.  Candidates need to be able to provide a flexible, innovative and

person-centred approach to helping people whilst being able to manage their own workload.

Car essential.  Hours 37.5 hours per week (to be worked flexibly, Monday to Saturday).
